All courses offered on Aneel Academy are digital products, delivered instantly via online access. Once a course is purchased and accessed, it is considered consumed, and we do not offer returns or refunds unless under specific conditions outlined below.

2. Refund Eligibility
A refund may be granted under the following conditions:
– The user did not access more than 10% of the course content.
– A technical issue on our platform prevented access to the course, and we are unable to resolve it within a reasonable time.
– Duplicate payments or accidental multiple purchases of the same course.
– The course description was misleading or substantially different from the actual content.

3. Non-Refundable Situations
We do not offer refunds in the following cases:
